Manager of rising voices fellowship, Jewish Women's Archive, June 2023–present
  • Direct the application cycle and interview process for approximately 50 applicants, selecting competitive cohort 
  • Orchestrate fellowship recruitment efforts, crafting networks and communicating with diverse contacts 
  • Serve as mentor, editor, and point of contact for 18 high school fellows for ten-month fellowship 
  • Develop, facilitate, and evaluate programing, including ten webinars and two weekend in-person retreats 
  • Manage annual budget, organize and purchase travel plans, and coordinate payments for programming 
  • Edit and publish approximately 70 blog posts per year written by fellows about Jewish feminist topics 
  • Communicate with parents/guardians and alum network, providing updates and requesting donations
